Jesus said in the Gospel of John 18:36, “MY kingdom is not of this world”… By this statement made to Pontius Pilate before His crucifixion Jesus confirmed that the Kingdom that He came to establish was not a natural kingdom, but a supernatural one.
As believers in Christ and members of His Body we have been called to not only live in His Kingdom, but to experience the supernatural benefits that stem from it. (See John 3:3-7, Luke 17:20-21 & 1 Corinthian 4:20). We have been given a charge to move in the supernatural.
In the great commission recorded in the gospel of Mark 16:15-16 the Lord tells us: “Go and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be damned.” Even though these functions are extremely important, God does not want us to be limited to only being able to preach and baptize. God wants His Church to be able to manifest the fullness of Christ.
Mark 16:17-19 declares “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them. They shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.” This is the mission of the Church both corporately and individually. In our Supernatural Intensive, it is our goal to train believers how to flow with the Holy Spirit to manifest the power of Christ.
